About Susan Silva

Living your life to the fullest involves doing what you love, and that’s why I spend my days walking our clients through the real estate closing process. Originally working as a software project manager in telecommunications, following process and keeping track of details became second nature. I always had a passion for real estate, so transitioning into a real estate profession felt like a natural path. For over a dozen years I’ve had the pleasure of ensuring a seamless and professional closing to hundreds of buyers and sellers.

Having spent years in Colorado before moving to Florida I became outdoor enthusiast spending many years hiking and running in the beautiful Rocky Mountains. Other passions include caring for animals, gardening, and reading.

As a wife, mother of 6, and grandmother of four, family and home hold a very special place in my heart. Just like with my family, I love to go the extra mile for our clients to ensure that every need is met and everyone is comfortable and happy. Our clients are like an extension of family!
