Formerly a citrus town, Winter Garden was officially incorporated in the early 20th century and pays homage to its past with historic architecture and fascinating cultural attractions. Winter Garden’s citrus roots and history of rail travel earned the town a spot on the National Register of Historic Places.
Today, Winter Garden is considered the commercial and cultural capital of West Orange County, a place you can find a diverse collection of eateries, boutiques, and a great selection of real estate that makes this community an excellent one to call home. There are always events happening in the downtown area and an abundance of recreation and attractions around every corner.

Fridays on the Plaza,” and then return each Sunday for the
Winter Garden Farmers Market.

Heritage Museum, which features more than 5,000 artifacts. Anyone interested in learning more about the influence railroad development has had on Florida should visit the
Central Florida Railroad Museum. Watch a live theatrical performance, concert, or film at the
Garden Theatre, a historic performing arts venue originally constructed in 1935.
